In remedial massage, emphasis is on treating the soft-tissue causes of pain within the body, and preventing recurrence of pain.

Remedial Massage incorporates many different techniques including Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release and Deep Tissue Work.

In our practice, we also incorporate complimentary techniques such as Bowen Therapy, and Lymphatic Drainage. Low Level Laser therapy may at times be employed.
